I had to buy this a second time because the driver delivered to the wrong address initially 😡. The product is really good. Sturdy, uncomplicated, locks tight, not hard to figure out and does the job. My teen son who has ADHD (poor impulse control) is still able to be on the phone talking with his friends without having access to social mediaall night long. I dont have the energy to have the "give me the phone" battle every night. I think that because the phone is still in his possession he feels good about the process. There is no hassle about locking it up and he wakes up rested and ready for school. I notice he is on the phone alot less during the day. His mood is better (probably because he is sleeping) and overall I'm embarrassed to need the device but not too proud to admit We needed the device.

I bought one (transparent cover) as I couldn’t keep my smartphone away from myself before going to bed which frequently led me to watching YouTube shorts for hours. After getting this product, I locked my phone for the sleeping hours and it helped me so much with sleeping enough hours, getting up early in the morning. The quality of life has improved. I also used it for studying time. I can still answer calls if needed but kept me from watching YouTube shorts, which helped me alot. Please try it.

This works really well to make sure I don’t get distracted when I need to get things done. Never had an issue with it, works as promised and easy to use.

This is a wonderful way to outsource your willpower—if you have the willpower to place the phone in the box. However, I find it to be flimsy so you have to restrain yourself from breaking it open. Give the plastic an illusion of power and pretend it cannot be opened. Great value! Very easy to use! Placing it face down is the most effective because I found I worked around it too much with the holes face up. Good luck on your screen time control journey!! Worth a shot to see if this tool works.

People tend to chalk this item up for those who lack self discipline, but limiting your access to the phone actually frees up your self discipline reserve for more important things. The ability to lock your phone face down, where you can truly ignore it, or face up, granting some, albeit difficult, access, is perfect for me. The timer before locking is great as well, gives me a chance to realize i actually need to do one more thing first beforehand. I set up my Bluetooth headphones too so I can still take calls and play music through Siri, and having limited-use ICE access code prevents me from hacking into every time since I need to save those for emergencies. After two years, the plastic hinges broke from normal wear and tear, got a lot of use, and I will be buying this again because it is such a great product

It worked well for a few weeks / months. Then, I put a timer for 25 minutes and saw it count down from 25 minutes to 24:59, 24:58, etc. When I came back (after about an hour and a half) to collect my phone, the timer was counting down from 80 hours. I had to slide my phone out by physically pulling one corner enough for it to slide out. I tried again, and same issue. I can’t seem to contact the company to find a fix (and the troubleshooting doesn’t have a solution to this issue). Money wasted / can’t trust the device again.

First of all I would like to share something that will make you laugh. I am easily distract by all means and I give this product 1000/100. Why? BECAUSE IT WORKED. I tried it our for the first time today because I’m a master procrastinator and this was ideal. I had so much homework to get done, but I have an unhealthy social media addiction. Bad habit he made me not focus on all the information I was getting in order to succeed in class. I proceeded to use the product. I had a small instructions showed but I hate reading them so I ignored it. Well! I thought I knew everything smh. So, anyways I was like ok there’s a timer cool. Assumed that it went from minutes to seconds I SET THE TIMER FOR 89 HOURS 😭 89 😂😂 I WAS LIVID ok. LIVID. The latch did not open at all. It was like a mean prank on myself. I asked Siri “Hey Siri, how many days is 89 hours?!” And she said 3.71 days. I was so mad but so happy it worked at the same time!! So I had to go to target later in the evening to buy a whole new screwdriver, the screws were as small as the iPhone screws. Opened the battery source and it was a whole motherboard in there 😭 I was so mad and I was like ok I used to fix my own iPhones so I know how to do this. Lucky for my past hobby, I was able to pull out the wires carefully. This product gets all the points from me, and this marks the day I will always read the instructions... maybe. Also I got my homework faster cus I wanted it back so bad 😂😂😂

Works great to keep my focused and concentrating on what needs to get done. Can’t lie I have found myself on my phone way too much whether scrolling for hours or just doing stuff…I decided I needed to give myself and my brain a break and this little box does the thing. I lock it up and let it go. I can still answer the phone if need be and answer a text too.

Works great to restrict device usage, gives you total freedom instead of having to fight yourself. However, there is a bug or perhaps a feature that the store page did not mention and i saw one other reviewer mention, once a timer is set, you can easily override it by clicking the up hour button about 10 times in quick succession, which made me think that the product was useless. Just before returning it however i tested it again and found that it disappeared. It seems that this override feature only works about 4-5 times and then turns off, as in you cant override it again ever. So i would recommend finishing all the override chances asap to make it actually work as intended, after that its a great device, almost refunded it but now its perfect.

Antes pasaba horas viendo este tipo de contenido; ahora dedico menos de 30 minutos al día, entre otras mejoras. El único inconveniente que encontré es que la tapa del seguro parece frágil, como si pudiera romperse fácilmente con un poco de fuerza o tras una caída. Sin embargo, mientras no se necesite para uso rudo, cumple bien su función.

Item works excellent and how it's advertised. Helps with kids for timing out phone time. Highly recommend. Has a timeout to stop it from locking if you accidentally hit lock (5 seconds)

I personally used this as a deterrent from me using my phone excessively, and to a degree it does work. The construction and build quality is not great; plastics are thin and it wouldn't take much force to break the thing open if one tried. It is however very easy to use, and seems to have good battery life in that I haven't needed to charge it since receiving it, which is impressive. It's a great way to take a break from devices, but only if you can be honest about it and not challenge the weak lock and structure of it.
