Petey's Washable Incontinence Underwear for Men (Super Protection) - Reusable Men's Briefs for Moderate to Heavy Leakage (X-Large)

This underwear is top quality so well worth the money, even tho they are a bit pricy. They run a little bit large, so I had to turn around and order one size smaller, but the fit is good. If you normally wear a size large - - - you need to order the medium. They certainly do the job for which they are intended (light leakage) and I've been pleased.

I think these are good for light leakage. They work great for me. I'm not sure they could handle a complete void. I find them to be very comfortable. I bought the 5x and I thought they were a little bigger than I expected, not enough to be a problem though. I have hand washed them a few times and they are showing some wear, so I'm concerned about their ability to last. I'm very happy to find something in my size with some absorbency. Not a lot of choices in the larger sizes.

These underpants are high quality and do a n excellent job. They are worth the money!

The good: the pad is larger in coverage than Wearevers and after washing the briefs are slightly larger than Wearevers' as well; that increase in size makes them a "large" extra large in comparison to regular nonincontinence briefs like Hanes. The bad: I'm a heavy dribbler, not completely incontinent, so I want to be able to wear all day. Even though the pad does not fill, the wetness spreads onto the unpadded area which then makes it to the pants. Also, you can feel the wetness (prior to the spreading) on the pad relatively soon (unlike Wearever). They also are much harder to dry after washing than Wearever (gas dryer) usually need to dry 3x compared to once. The pad does not reach as close to the band as Wearever either but if you fold over the band, it fixes the issue without discomfort. Conclusion: If you void your bladder in one mass, then change them immediately (or don't mind feeling wet or care about the spread) these are for you because of the larger pad size coverage than Wearever.

These briefs have no waterproof backing and therefore when wet, soak right through to your trousers. They are of no value unless you leak only one or two drops. I wore a clamp with them and when I cough or sneeze, I release a small amount of urine. That small amount soaked through these briefs and soiled my trousers. Since I had washed the briefs, I threw them away rather than try for a return.

These are the most comfortable underwear I have ever worn

I bought these for someone I take care of. The family has him in disposable briefs 24 hours a day. I thought it would be nice to have some soft, breathable fabric against his skin since he doesn't usually have urinary incontinence while he's awake. I think it's really nice that they look like the traditional tighty whitey! I can't really comment on the absorbency as it hasn't been an issue yet, but I can feel the extra material in the crotch. It's so nice to put the soft breathable fabric against the gentleman's skin instead of the super absorbent plastic material of the Disposable briefs. I'm grateful that this product was available. My patient usually wears a size medium pants but the size chart suggested an extra large. I reordered a size large and they fit perfect. Not too snug, not too loose. The best I can suggest is purchasing one size larger than the wearer's regular pants size.

Might help with little leaks. Is wholly inadequate for incontinence.
