Regular cheap B6 always felt like a coin toss for me. This is the active P5P form, so you’re not relying on your body to convert pyridoxine first. Capsules are small, no smell, no weird aftertaste. I take one with breakfast and that’s it. I’m not going to pretend it flipped a switch overnight, but energy feels more even and I don’t get that afternoon crash as often. Thorne bottles are straightforward — clean label, no junk fillers. Price is higher than the grocery-store stuff, which is the only real downside. If you already take magnesium, this pairs well with it. I’d repurchase.
