Can it be used for outer surface of boat motors?

Can't imagine it would hurt paint surfaces, might try it on inconspicuous area first. I use it to lube the large o'ring on the swimming pool filter housing.

This come with a straw? Or at least accept a straw? I need to lubricate the inside of a car window channel.

I think it did. Excellent product for lubricating window channels and sliding door tracks

is this 100% silicone?

Not really. There is a propellant that dilutes the Silicone which then evaporates.

Appears to be typical silicon lubricant. Not sure why they call it heavy duty. Worked great on door locks, car locks, general lubrication. No major smell.
