I have never written a review before for the thousands of things I have bought from amazon. However I thought I had to for these even if I just put 1 person off of buying them. They are without a doubt the worst set of headphones I have ever used. Worse than the cheapest ones they sell at supermarkets. First off they are uncomfortable. I thought it might be better if I changed to a dif size bud, but trying to take them off, 1 of the ripped. Great start. Put a dif size on and not any better Then i turned them on, and the sound quality was so bad I could not understand the "power on" or the "pairing" it said. I saw the manual was in Chinese and thought it was speaking in Chinese, I only realised after turning on a few more times that it was actually in English. They sound like they are putting sound through a layer of mud. Maybe I got sent a broken pair, I really think I must have because the sound is so bad. Then the main reason I got these headphones. To use underwater....I have never had headphones thats at designed for swimming before, so I thought maybe the audio issues were designed to be like that to work underwater. Nope. I went underwater with them on and they cut out. Fantastic. Worst headphones ever

Really like the product, everything works well as advertised. But what really impressed me was the customer service. I managed to lose the unique magnetic USB cable, and the customer service team not only sent me a replacement cable, but an entirely new set of headphones also. This is definitely above and beyond so one very happy customer here.

Good head phones don't expect perfect precision sound but great for swimming , bit tricky to fit into ears and stay in place without a swimming hat and may not work for all because they have to fit snug into your ears, mine fall out here and there I don't mind but I have to change the rubber ear piece still, there are 3 or 4 different sizes to try. The magnetic charger usb lead is a bit finicky to it could be better , had a pair that the charger thing stopped working but they replaced it, I love listening to music while I swim my laps so 4 stars, it may take a while to get used to them but once you get it you'll be happy or just return them if they don't work for you.

The curly nature of the band makes it pop out of my left ear which is a shame because the left side is now the only side that works. Expensive for what it is considering I have had cheaper ones that work and fit perfectly and only had to replace through my rough handling (wearing when doing DIY etc) and cant replace because the offerings are constantly changing.

I previously had Sony ones and they were fab. They lasted years but the charger has broken and I can not replace it. This comes with stuff already stored on it. I couldn’t get the usb tho connect with my pc to put MP3s of my choice on. I also could not get it to work when putting it into a plug to charge the headphones Amazon will not refund until it’s sent back. So bare this in mind when purchasing. Personally I would look elsewhere for another make and model Once I get my refund it will be going towards a new set of Sony ones Noise cancellation wasn’t that good and the sound was tinny I didn’t get to use them in the pool so i don’t know how they fare there ………………….

I love the way that these cannot fall out of my ears due to the band at the back and staying put. I also find that the fact they are waterproof means that they can be used when walking in the rain which I love to do. Now I can listen to music whilst walking in the rain

Not hifi grade sound, a bit of volume is needed to bring out the base, but they are very stable on the ear and give a pleasing sound whilst out and about.

So, these worked for the first time - 30 minutes of swimming and they were fine, a bit uncomfortable compared to the set I bought these to replace, but they worked and the sound quality was okay. The player was stuck on shuffle mode, which was annoying as I wanted them to play ebooks whilst swimming. But I could work around this by only putting my current chapter in a folder. 3 days later I plugged them in to replace the track and... nothing - no drive when plugged into my PC and I can't turn them on any more. Avoid.
