How much rice would you suggest putting in this size pan for paella?

For a 32 inch paella pan, it would utilize 11 1/2 cups of our Bomba rice. Many pealla recipes are written for a 15 inch paella pan. If you have a favorite recipe for a 15 inch pan, you can multiply the amounts of each ingredient required by 5 for a 32 inch pan.

Is this pan for induction stoves?

Yes. any stoves will do, I use it outside with a wood firepit.

im considering buying these pans for a wedding reception dinner feeding about 80 people. Should i buy two pans? 3 pans?

Up to you but KEEP IN MIND, you cannot use them on a regular stove. They are almost 3 feet wide each! Would need a special burner or camp fire setup. I would personally go down in size and and buy 3 or 4 .

How much weight can the handles on this pan handle

I've used it to lift at least 30 lb (66kg) of food or water before. The handles appear to be hot-riveted into place. Very sturdy. This pan is tough.

Excelente producto

Excelente producto, fuerte, resistente, asas firmes, muy buen acabado. Puedes cocinar en ella paellas hasta para 40 personas, pero utilizada a 1/3 de su capacidad, para que el arroz no tenga más de 1cm de espesor y logres el auténtico sabor de la paella y un buen socarrat... Es ideal para cocinar para unas 15 personas.... EXCELENTE PRIDUCTO...

はじめてのパエリア

未成年の若者 35 人とおじさんひとりでパーティー。カレーを作ろうとするとご飯を４升炊かなければならない。一升炊きの炊飯ジャーを１台買ったけど、はてさて... と思っているときに、そういえばパエリアなら炊飯器がいらないし〜、と思いついた。まず１個買って鍋の「初期化」（説明書のこの言葉には、悪いけど笑ってしまった）。理科の実験で使うガスバーナーでひたすら焼くと、ステンレス（鉄製、でした...訂正します！）のきれいな鍋肌が美しい青に変わってきて何だか感動。一時間ぐらいかけて終了したけど、バーナーの炎から水分が出るからか、数日後鍋底の炎に当たる側が赤くさびていた。最後に裏返して乾く程度にあぶることをお勧めします。次に日曜の昼食のために試作。火加減が強すぎて一部ご飯が炭化したけど、それ以外はおいしくできて、家族にはまあまあの評価をもらった。追加で鍋を５個買って（それでも激安一升炊き炊飯器２台より安い）、さて本番、と言うところで若者数人がありえね〜粗相をしておじさんの怒りを買い、現在出入り禁止状態。しばらく怒りを解くつもりはないけど、みんなでまたパーティーできる時まで火加減を練習して、おいしいパエリアを食べさせてあげたい。
