Sorcerer's Wand Student(BL5) by Baba Lokenath Supply Agency - Trick

I bought this for my 7 year old who wanted a wand for play. It is sturdy but my complaint is that the red dye (on the grip) does come off on his hands if he plays with it long enough. I suppose the good news is that the dye then doesn’t transfer easily off his hands which saves clothes and furniture but it means his hands have been red for days at times!

I kind of hate to admit I purchased this. I'm a bit of a HP/fantasy nerd, but the "officially" licensed wands seemed overpriced and fake-ish. And I didn't really want a replica of some character's wand anyway. I knew I wanted real wood, and it took me a while to decide which one I liked. In the end, I opted for this simple design, but there are plenty others to fit your personality. Well made! Looks and feels nice in your hand. Another embarrassing confession -- practicing in the mirror with it after I first got it, hahaha! It came quickly, and a nice surprise was the black velour (or similar) drawstring bag it came in. Guilty pleasure, but money well spent in my opinion.

There is not much thickness, it is very much a hollow wand, but the packaging came as good as it can come. It is of a good length and the weight is pretty light, it would make for good flourishes during magic.

Turned my daughter’s hand red but other than that she loves it.

Really good, looks just like the picture, my only complaint that could be a positive or negative for people is that its very very very light, it feels like its hollow. It's maybe half the weight or less of your average solid wood drumstick. I'm definitely keeping this wand but im still on the hunt for a wand that has that real solid feel to it.
