Very comfortable, and heavy duty
Compared to the grey Sparthos brand shoulder brace, this Zenkeyz 3XL brace fits me better, is more comfortable and more heavily constructed as well. I'm a big guy, shoulder spread is about 59-60" (hard to measure by yourself), and my underarm chest is about 56-57". I am not large muscled though. Neither Sparthos brace size fit me well enough to keep. Their largest size was for much larger muscled guys than me, or just thicker people. The smaller Sparthos size was for much smaller people than me. This Zenkeys seems it was made for me, once I adjusted it. And there is a lot of room for adjustment of the arm circumference, and also chest size adjustments. The other great thing about this brace is that it is constructed of much heavier material than the Sparthos. So this one seems more supportive and secure when you put it on, and very comfortable at the same time. This is the one I kept! As far as what it can do medically for you, is hard to say without asking a doctor or physical therapist. I wear it when my shoulder starts hurting, feeling that it keeps it more stable, and also the thermal heat of the material helps it feel better too. My shoulder has problems stemming from too little cartilage left in the joint, and an incident of it popping out and causing great pain. That motivated me to find something fast that would keep it stable and feel better. This did the job, and I am wearing it now and it feels good. Once you get it adjusted, it is easy to slip on and off by yourself, once you get used to doing it, and you won't have to adjust it again, unless you feel the need for even more support at times. Feel Better! PS I just ran across this other brace that looks promising! You might like to check this one out that looks very good, with and additional bottom strap that crosses the body horizontally for more stability, the EVS Sports SB03 Shoulder Brace for another $20+ here on Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/EVS-Sports-Shoulder-Brace-X-Large/dp/B007NVSWE0 I find with the Zenkeyz I am constantly pulling the diagonal strap down and re-adjusting it on the go depending on what material I wear it over. Synthetics stretch and are apt to let it slip more, than wearing these over a cotton garment. So the EVS might eliminate some of that movement with the additional lower strap it has.

Pros and Cons - But good quality
After reading the mixed reviews I was hesitant to try this but decided to give it a go. I now understand the mixed reviews. I feel there are 3 different types of people who would purchase this. 1) If you are someone who, when standing still (with no brace on) feels pain and you are looking for pain relief, then I don't think the brace is for you, at least not on its own, as it is simply a soft sided brace that doesn't offer much in the way of pain relief, but if you use it in conjunction with the ice/heat pad then it might help with pain. 2) If you are someone looking for a product to firmly stabilize your arm and keep it from moving then I think you would be better suited with a hard/solid brace, as this one allows for flexibility of motion. 3) If you are someone like me who has pain when moving the shoulder in certain positions and you are looking for the brace to be a deterent or reminder not to move the arm in that way, then this is for you. It really seems to depend what you want it for. My personal pros: Cost, Material is good quality, velcro straps hold tightly. Having the adjustable strap around the bicep is an awesome feature. Cons: As a female it is a little awkward to find a good fit around the breast area. Putting the strap in the position they have it pictured in the photo it tends to ride up and loosen. I find it easier to strap it lower with the strap resting between the breasts. It's a little more awkward but the fit is better. And living in Florida I find it very hot to wear but that isn't a negative to the product itself. Neutral: odor. many people complained about the odor. There was a slight "rubbery" odor when first taken out of the package but it went away within a few hours, even without washing it. All and all I am happy with it.

It actually fits!!!
Tried another brand and that was a bust. For this one, you don't actually have to be a male athlete with perfect physic. This brace actually fits a smaller woman. 5'4" and 135 it fits. I got gray S/M. Do need someone to help get it right the first time around, but after that you can put it on yourself. One thing I did notice, if you put it exactly right to sit in place where you need it, the strap around needs to go right under the armpit and that makes it somewhat uncomfortable on the skin. I put a soft cloth on top of the strap in that place and all is well. Very comfortable and it doesn't allow me to put my arm in position where it hurst. Considering in how much pain there is, that is a great thing. I greatly recommend it.

Only for the shoulder
it was more for the shoulder than the bicep. It was too short. I would have preferred it to go most or all the way to the elbow as I wanted it to stabilize a torn bicep muscle. The straps around the chest were long enough.

Size L/XL for a solid size large, man
I purchased this for my husband because he was diagnosed with a partial tear on the back of his rotator cuff. After a few weeks of trying to alleviate the pain with pillows, heat and ice, as well at OTC Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs -after- he went through his prescribed steroids, nothing else has worked to alleviate the pain. It got so bad that he has an MRI appointment set up. I had to try to find something for him in the meantime because he's been so miserable. I purchased this Neoprene Shoulder Compression Sleeve Wrap by Zenkeyz on the 19th because I liked the idea of how adjustable it appeared. Also, because you can put a small hot or cold pack between the layers. It arrived quickly, on the 21st. The chest strap appeared to be on backwards with the velcro on the inside. But that was easily remedied by flipping it over like a belt. My husband promptly put it on with a little help from myself at first (to adjust the velcro at the arm,) and started to get relief within a few short hours. When he took it off later that afternoon, the pain started to set back in. He immediately put it back on. It really is supporting his shoulder by lifting his arm up. It holds his shoulder blade back into the proper position because his shoulder is being held close to his body - as it should be. The strap is preventing his arm from 'dropping' due to gravity. He's been wearing it religiously since. He only takes it off right at bedtime. When he wakes the next morning, it's the 1st thing he puts on. For reference he's 6' 1" and 180#. Three days later now, and he's already showing signs of healing. He's able to move his arm up carefully to put his hair into a ponytail without much pain. And he's much-much happier for it. We attribute this to the brace! He mentioned that the brace appears to be designed so that when he wants to unconsciously move his arm in a way that would ordinarily be painful, the brace has enough tension to it that he's 'reminded' to take it easy - but the brace doesn't actually constrict his movement. In short, the brace is supportive without being cumbersome, restricting or stiff. On that note, he wears the brace against his skin all day without chafing or discomfort under his button down dress shirts. I'll add that it's hardly noticeable under his cloths. We're still keeping the MRI appointment, but this brace has been a god-send until then.

Size Inclusive
I'm rating this highly because so far, it's the best one I've used. I got an XS/S. I normally would consider myself a women's medium, but the amount of shoulder braces I've tried that are way too big was CRAZY, so finally I found this one with an option for XS and went for it. It's actually small enough to feel like it's helping me, and it's adjustable. It's not the most comfortable thing I've ever worn, but it's the same comfort level as any of the other braces out there, in my opinion. If you're looking one to fit a smaller body, this is the one.

โSupportive and breathable, but sizing was a bit off.โ
I picked this up after a shoulder strain and was really hoping for something that provided support without feeling bulky โ and in many ways, this brace delivered. The material is breathable and soft, and the compression was just enough to ease the ache without cutting off circulation. The built-in sling is a thoughtful feature and definitely helped stabilize my arm during daily activities. I liked that it didnโt scream โmedical device,โ and I could even wear it under loose clothing without too much trouble. However, the L/XL size ran big on me and felt a bit awkward, especially when moving around. I had to keep adjusting it to keep everything in place, which was frustrating at times. If you're in between sizes, Iโd recommend sizing down for a more secure fit. Overall, itโs a solid support brace โ just be mindful of the sizing to get the best results.

Works but sizing is off
I strained my deltoid muscle resulting in motion being limited by pain. Once I got the right size, this brace is good. It stabilizes the joint and resists movement that would be painful. It works like a soft knee brace. The materials seem to be of good quality. I would recommend it to a friend. The size chart. I am a big man, when I measured around my chest and shoulder I got 52 inches. Based on the chart I bought the 3X brace. It was too big. 3X is supposed to go down to 43 inches. The smallest I could make it was almost small enough. I assumed I needed 42 and bought the L/XL. 42 is in the middle of that size's range. The L/XL fits nicely. There is a neoprene smell out of the package. I assume that will go away quickly. My only other issue is the ice pack pocket. It is a nice idea but it adds a layer of warmth if you don't have an ice pack in. My intent is to use this as a soft brace at night and when I am physically active while recovering. If I were still dealing with inflammation, the extra warmth from the pocket would be counter productive. Small annoyance you can sort of deal with by moving the attachment points lower to allow air flow.
