Suddenly, after sitting unused for a while, they no longer take a charge or function properly. Turns out to be a waste of money. Live and learn I suppose....Update: So before throwing them away I decided to look closer at them and try to charge them again. I found the very tiny volume switch and turned it up and to my amazement they worked just fine. Somehow the volume in one ear dropped (could even have been my hearing) and a simple adjustment solved the problem. I now feel terrible about submitting a harsh review and hope this will help to assist others and mitigate the poor review I had submitted previously.

This item was horrible. I'm order to hear a normal conversation the volume has to be turned way up. That's when things do downhill. The sound is very crackly and there are random pops which is annoying. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

The media could not be loaded. Wide range of volume. Great noise cancellation. Even helped with my tinnitus. My only issue is the lights on the case do not actually function properly. Hopefully the buds still charge. Only time will tell. Volume control is very small, but what do you expect on a device that small. Bc of the faulty case I gave it 3 stars. Would have been a high 4 low 5 if the case worked.

Not perfect, but pretty decent amplifiers.I have been using amplifiers for years. I have bought several different sets from Amazon, both behind the ear and in the ear.Both have their idiosyncrasies....These are decent devices. While they do not have any "sound settings", they do a fair job of dealing with background noise.I have not been to a loud restaurant since getting these, so I can't tell you hiw they will do in that aetting.The down side to these is that you do have to take them out to adjust the volume, and it requires a tiny screwdriver, (Which is provided.) and for me a magnifying glass.Another issue is that brand new, a full charge will only last about 10 hours... But they do charge rather quickly.Overall, they are decent and a good value for the price.

I purchased these to see how much hearing aids would help me. I was blown away at how good they are. They are great hearing devices. I purchase both the right and left hearing aid. The Left worked and fit great. The Right worked great but I have a skin tag that hangs down on the right ear so the hearing aid rubbed it raw and made a sore. Not the fault of the hearing aid or manufacturing. I would still be using these if not for the physical problem with the right ear. I purchased another pair from Amazon that has a small wire that goes in my ear.My husband is using this pair that I could not wear. They are great for him too.The volume control in extremely tiny. Would be nice if the company would include a small tool for adjusting the volume. Fortunately my husband has every size screwdriver made so we had one that fit the volume control. That is the only improvement I would recommend!

Mine didn’t come with extra wax guards like it was supposed to. I ordered wax guards and they were the wrong size. It’s hard to find wax guards for them. After a few months charger quits working

Inexpensive but be lucky if they last a year..helped to hear for the most part

These really suck. Sound is horrible. Tinty. Bad. Muffled. And the box doesn't charge the units unplugged like most others do. And the design is so bad the ear parts do not seat well in the box and it's really tough to charge them AND they turn on automatically when they are not seated well and it drains them. They suck!!!!!!!!! and they look stupid hanging out of your ears. too big. I hate everything about them.
