LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSIVENESS if you face problems: BEWARE!
DEPLORALE, DISAPPOINTING Customer Service and Troubleshooting I had problems with the charging of the battery. I wrote to Nova India (Bangalore) on their website and also sent a mail on [email protected]. No response for the past one week. This product is being sold on the principle - Replace your product than Repair it if it stops working. So, BEWARE if you are buying this product. Expect no customer service help from the manufacturers.

It's good product i would say and recommend to anyone to buy this because if you compare with other good known brands this is far better than that and quality is also far better than those big names brands so I hope you got my point.So just close yours eyes and click the buy button.I just loved this product and long life use definitely. And it's the same what they mentioned over product description. Battery life is so nice and last for long time.
