Missing a card
It came without a card which was frustrating and made one of the puzzles impossible to solve.

Very difficult, but dang we had fun!
My wife bought The Fate Of London for my birthday, so that's why you won't see "Verified Purchase" on this review. That said...This was a really difficult game to complete. Much harder than Test Time, which is the only other Deckscape game we've played. I won't tell you how long it took us to complete The Fate Of London--it would be too embarrassing--but every second of it was engaging and had us immersed in the scenario. When we were finished, we looked at each other and said, "That was really good." Indeed, especially for just a set of cards.Obviously the puzzles were challenging. Yes, a few were obscure where we were completely lost, but the vast majority were solvable with a little effort. Some solutions required a bit of creative thinking and/or insight... the broken spring puzzle comes to mind (I'm actually rather impressed at how quickly I solved that one).If you can complete this game within an hour--that is, complete it with minimal wrong answers (we had just one!)--then I'll be impressed. For the majority of us, though, I recommend you allocate an entire evening to this game.About my 5-star rating: No, I don't really think this game is worthy of the full 5 stars--as I said, some of the puzzles were obscure, and the suggested time allotment is way off--but it's closer to 5 than 4, so I'm being generous and giving the full five. We really did have a great time playing this little game, and that's what games are supposed to be all about... i.e. FUN!

Terrible game
It wasn’t consistent in its clues or puzzles. Very confusing and not fun at all. We have played many escape games and this one was the worst. Won’t buy another of these.
