Do you get 6 of the little creams and 6 of the lip balm? Or 3 of each? Description is confusing.

The little creams are also lip balms. All of our products are both lip balms and skin balms. I am not sure which item you are looking at , but to clarify: If you order the six pack of little tins, you are getting 6 small .34 oz tins of a firm cream that is both a skin and a lip balm. If you order a six pack of the lip balm stick, you are getting 6 lip balms in a lipstick form. If you are ordering 3 tins of the 1.2 oz, you are getting three larger tins of the Melem firm cream. If you are ordering the combo, you are getting 2 small tins of the firm cream, one larger 1.2 oz tin of the firm cream. and 2 in a lipstick form. All work for skin and lips.

Yes,it is all natural product. Ingredients are :lanolin,bee wax ,Castor oil, Vaseline. Very helpful with cuts and all skin conditions.
