Very effective. Taste like cookies. Eat two cookies every morning (1 package) and you'll be so happy with your bowel function.

Yummy and good fiber content
Husband had a look ileostomy and needed fiber to keep from getting dehydrated. These bars did it for him. He tried all 3 flavors and Apple was his favorite. Cinnamon Spice coming in second. The cinnamon is $3 cheaper so we got both yummy flavors to get him through those 3 months. Worth while

I’ve used this every day with my coffee for years
So glad I took a chance on ordering these through the mail! I’ve been using the cinnamon flavored ones since I had bowl problems and my gastroenterologist recommended them. I tried the packets that you mix in water or juice and don’t care for that but love the thin wafers in cinnamon and now apple with my morning coffee. Excellent way to make sure you get your daily fiber and good for your digestive system. I was afraid that they would arrive all broken but all good. Will order again.

Really helps to go every day to the bathroom
I have been using this product for over a year. They work great for me. I only eat one packet in the evening with my coffee and after I finish I drink a cup water also. Following day I go easily. The secret is to keep hydrating.

They are good, but bc it's a 2 pack it should be priced as a value pack and the price could be a little lower
