I had back pain since 3 years.. though my Matress tat we were already using is from a good brand it dint support my back pain it’s a spring matress.. I chose this after reading so many reviews.. Mattresses very hard to sleep. I just thought my back would get adjusted with this Mattress after some days or a month but my back pain is as it is. This I realised after a 8 days tour and stayed in different hotels in this tour, and to my surprise I slept very peaceful as well as in morning when I woke, I was filling relaxed and fresh. When I returned to my native place and in 2 days my back pain started. Even my wife complained about the hardness of this Mattress as compared with that were in Hotels.I need help from Amazon as well as from wakefit to look into this matter and help us to have peaceful sleep.Updated:As of March 20th, 2023, it's reassuring to know that there are still kind and helpful people out there who are willing to listen to your concerns. I recently had above issue with the product from Wakefit, but was pleasantly surprised by their responsive and empathetic customer service team. The lady executive I spoke with was particularly impressive, as she took the time to ask technical questions and really understand my situation. Her polite and patient demeanor made me feel valued as a customer, and I'm grateful for the way she handled the matter. It's the fifth mattress we hv bought from Wakefit & it never fails me. Excellent in support & firmness. I only wish that they deliver other products too to all pincodes in Bangalore.

I got a good deal during Amazon festival sale.The black outer cover was torn out but internal packing was perfectly fine. Easy to open and set.

You get what you pay for. It’s completely as expected. Only check the size if you’ve got the bed frame from IKEA. Those are nonstandard sizes.

All good. Only problem was outer cover of the mattress ,when delivered was teared.
