Kat's - 22100X 22100 60 Watt 28" Battery Thermal Wrap

This battery thermal wrap performs very well. I bought this for my UTV which I store outdoors. When I installed this item I had to use a small metal box as a spacer because the wrap was a bit long for my battery. You cannot overlap this thermal wrap. Recently, we've had several nights in the low 20s. This has worked out fine with no problems. I would recommend this product to my friends.

Kept my batteries warm in the winter time last year had it hookup to my RV

I’ve been having problems with my battery in my car so now with the winter settling in I bought one of these and plugged it in and it works good. I just don’t want any starting problems when the cold settles in. I feel that this will do the job.

I bought this for my flooded car battery (Group 26, 26R) during the cold northeastern winter months. The power cord has thick insulation and the vinyl heating pad is durable. I wish the heat was more uniformly dispersed on the heating pad because there were several hotspots. I also bought a thermostat to prevent the heating pad from getting too hot at the hotspots. The thermostat kept my flooded car battery at a desired 55 - 60 degrees fahrenheit. The heating pad covered 97% of the circumference of my flooded car battery. I used aluminum foil duct tape to secure the heating pad to the flooded car battery. Nice product.

Works very well in keeping car battery warm enough to keep the charge, even after repeated overnight below zero temps. The wrap-around battery blanket fits a wide range of battery sizes, and at 60 watts power will maintain a steady temperature. No hot spots were observed, even heat distribution around the wrapped battery; no damage observed or noted noted to the battery case. Recommended.

I bought Kat's 60W 28" battery warmer in Dec. This thing is fantastic. My car started right up in temps down to -10. Below -20 it started within 3 attempts. In late January I noticed the plug was breaking, see pics 1 & 2. I bought another because it works so well. I checked the plug of the new warmer in late February and noticed this plug is doing the same, see pics 3 & 4. I wrapped the cord in electric tape to last the winter. If they would update the durability of the cord I would purchase another for next winter.

This battery heater works quite well, keeps the battery warm and makes for easier starting. Good value

Doesn't completely enclose my battery on a ram 1500. But, it kept it from freezing in sub zero temperatures.
