I have had to replace this mattress twice. They send a repair kit that is USELESS unless on a flat surface. If it's in a crack, fork out $50.

I purchased this recently for my father who had a stroke last year. It seemed to work perfectly until the recent air leak. I'm told this is a rare occurrence. We tried the patch kit but it didn't seem to help. So I contacted Comforts Best to see what I could do. After considering my case, they kindly offered a replacement pad for half the cost and free shpg. To me, that is how a company should handle their business dealings. It's hard to find many like Comforts Best in this day and age. Thank you to them. My father will still sleep comfortably. And we will too. Again, thank you.
