Vitapur(Room and Cold) White Countertop Water Dispenser

It’s okay , however the heater water part only gives cold water which was b kind of disappointing. It’s not back but it’s also really short.

Adjustable cooling function is really nice. Fairly quiet. I have another one of the exact same model that has been running perfectly for over a year. So much cheaper to fill 5 gallon bottles than to buy bottled water. Don't have empties to recycle. And doesn't take up refrigerator space.

Honestly. It is serving its purpose and works just fine for me.

I bought this for my husband for the garage and he loves it. I chose this model because it has a room temperature and cold option. He did not want nor need a hot water option in the garage. Having a room temperature option is great because he doesn't always want ice cold water when he's working in the heat. But when he does want ice cold water this machine makes it very cold!

Works well, would have like storage to have more capacity, but it is not as expensive as the commercial type.

I have and this product for 5 months now and it has been leaking on and off since the first day I got it. We will replace the bottle and it won't leak so we will think it has resolved itself then the next bottle we put on it just pours water out the back. Not sure what is going on but it has been an ongoing problem and I will be purchasing a different one tomorrow.

Functions well, but a bit short and slow to dispense water

We bought this cooler to replace our old one. It says it's compatible with the Vitapur filter but ours is not. The inner sleeve that holds the water flow control device is too large to fit the base. It seems unstable on this model.*Addendum* Removing the rim and inner float seemed to work, but I'm watching for leaks. Only figured this out by trying the cleaning instructions and reading other feedback posts. The owner's manual and website fail to mention this!

I was looking for a water cooler that only did room temperature and refrigerated water and this one was one of the only ones I could find at any online or physical store. We’ve been using it now for over three months and it’s working perfectly. I recommend this product.

J,ai choisi ce distributeur d,eau parce qu,il n,a pas l,eau chaude car j,en pas besoin j,ai seulement besoin de l,eau froide ce dont il fait très bien mais je trouve qu,il est un peu trop bruyant mais le prix me convient cela complette mes commentaires j,espere que cela servira a aider les futures acheteurs.

3 days after setting it up in the kitchen there was a puddle of water on the floor beside the unit and the cold water outlet was dripping. Drained it and contacted the company. No response. Partially filled it and it has been OK but if I fill it and it fails during the night it will destroy the house. Not happy.

This water cooler operates better than advertised. What I mean is that it keeps the water at a previously selected cool level perfectly. It was easy to set up and works flawlessly. Only had it a few weeks but glad we purchased it.
