Beekeeper's Naturals Propolis Honey Cough Syrup tastes good, sweet and a little bit sour, dark amber color, honey consistency. I’ve been taking it with liposome vitamin C and home made graded garlic in Manuka honey, which work better than this alone and stopped my cough temporarily. I got 2 bottles, in case it runs out fast. I finally figured out I usually has cough causes by Seasonal Allergies around late June and early July,, then it ends up with Pneumonia as a complication, had to take antibiotics. This year, since I used the combination of the propolis cough syrup, garlic Manuka honey and liposome vitamin C, I haven’t had Pneumonia this time. After taking the propolis cough syrup, I wait at least 10 minutes before drinking any fluids. Anyway, I should have listened to my husband, start using Flonase nasal spray at least a month ahead to prevent coughing. 😅

Propolis is the Shiznit
Wow - I'm pretty impressed with this stuff. I'd never heard of propolis before but when I looked it up, it's pretty good stuff and has a lot of good nutrients that the body uses to heal itself. It's basically what the actual honey comb is made up of. I had a bad cold and my throat was sore and backed up with phlegm. I did all the usual things and that helped, but when I added this stuff to my regimen it made a BIG difference. It tastes great and is kind of like molasses in consistency and texture (so pretty thick). I think it helped me heal my throat more quickly than I would have otherwise and am quite happy with it. Even if I don't plan to get sick any time soon, it's now one of my main go-to's if I do.
