The book is nice, the recipes are easy to make and very good. I would buy it again.

I bought this book because I wanted to learn how to make crepes, and after getting over the intimidation I actually made some and they turned out great! I started with making a basic batter (I was surprised at how simple this was with basic ingredients), then I tested making my first crepe in a pan. It took 3 tries before I got the “pan twirling” motion right, but then it clicked and I was able to make a pretty decent crepe that looked and tasted as advertised. Crepes have quickly become a fav with my family, and sometimes we make hot fresh crepes with a little jam as a late evening snack. The recipes are all amazing, sweet and savory. I recommend this book to anyone who wants to learn how to make crepes.

An absolute delight and goes well with the crepe maker. A must for anyone wishing to make sweet and savoury crepes. Lovely presentation.
