I have the 100R with the clear side panel and I have 5 installed in mine with some case modding done in it. 2 in front, 2 in the top, 1 in the back.

Are the hard drive bays in this computer cable of holding a ssd drive or do I have to buy a ssd bracket for this case.

The drive bays included are capable of holding an SSD or a standard Hard Drive, I have both mounted in my system.
