Q: What size would u recommend for a short (5ft 1 ) size 14 please ? Thank you

I would say a small to medium, im bigger than you a size 16, i ordered L/XL and its very comfortable, a bit too big, but i love it, but i brought my daugters a set each and theirs at s, m were plenty big enough, they are very comfy.

Q: Would the l/xl fit a uk 16/18 please?

Sorry this is asking me about a style I didn’t buy, I did however get a different style and the L/XL would fit a uk 16/18.

Q: How to return product. No paperwork enclosed?

Click on the 'Returns and Orders' page - towards the top right hand side of the screen (right next to the 'Basket'). Find the item on the list or type the name of the item in the space available (near the orange magnifying glass towards the top of the page - this should display the item and then you should be able to click on the 'RETURN or replace item or 'Contact Seller'. These come up on the far right hand side of the picture.
