This is an all natural product that can be used on relaxed hair. It will rejuvenate dead hair follicles and basically bring your hair to its most healthy & soft condition. A little goes a long way so a dime sized drop worked for my hair. I use it for my edges & any area where a tight ponytails or braids have done damage. As far as a timeline your hairs grows at the same rate but it will be thicker with time id say give it around a month to see the results of new hair growth.
