Is this made with genuine leather?

It feels like it and smells a little too.

Where can i find replacement pads for mine? are some of the akg 52 or other compatible?

first see if you can contact Knox for the pads. Amazon sells many replacement pads so its best if you go down the list for measurements. many of the pads look very similar to the Knox.
