PetmateAspen Soft Bites Floppy Disc

The Tail-Spin disc they sent is hard, not flexible and not NEAR the quality of the Soft Bite that I ordered. I’ve tried 3 times to order the one I want , but the switch it to the Tail-spin disc. This one too will go back!!! VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!

I ordered the soft bite floppy disc but received the Booda Tail spin flyer. A poor, low quality facsimile. I have had a soft bit for over a year and it is still functional. The Booda's last less than a month.

Love it and my Chihuahua does too even though she handles well with bigger size as this.Very durable yet soft material and even the durable rim , it is not rock hard. My Chihuahua holds her head high and cannot catch this bigger flying one so will also order small ones

Sent me a TAIL SPIN FLYER which looks like the advertised SOFT BITE, but does not fly nearly as well

There is no soft rubber ring around the circumference of the disk. It has a HARD PVC ring instead. Unacceptable to my dogs, so items will be returned.

Originally when I bought a product, it was not the item / quality that I desired. However, the customer service representative quickly reached out to me and worked to resolve the problem until I was satisfied leaving me with an overall positive buying experience.

Company shipped terrible, cheap knock off of the awesome “Soft Bite” frisbee which I had ordered many times over the years and loved. See all the recent reviews where you order this “Soft Bite” frisbee but repeatedly get the Booda Tail-Spin disk which is cheap, hard as a rock, and rips the first outing with your dog. I tried to make the lousy Tail Spin disk work but it was broken/ripped the first time my dogs played with it so had to return it. Wish I knew when they would actually ship the correct frisbee that. Is shown on the pic.
