Fantastic Gabrylly ergonomic chair, but setup requires a bit of patience
Amazon Product ReviewRating: 4.5 / 5 stars (9.5/10)I purchased this Gabrylly ergonomic office chair along with the additional lumbar pillow accessory, and after living with it for a bit, it easily earns a 9.5/10.Comfort & ErgonomicsThe primary reason I bought this chair was for proper back support, and it completely delivers. The mesh back offers excellent breathability, and when paired with the lumbar pillow, it provides firm yet comfortable lower back support that doesn't flatten out after hours of sitting. The seat cushion strikes the right balance between plush and supportive, ensuring your hips don't fatigue during long gaming or work sessions.Build Quality & FunctionalityThe frame feels incredibly sturdy and well-engineered. The gas lift operates smoothly, and the tilt/recline mechanisms lock securely without any annoying wobbling or squeaking. The armrests are highly adjustable, allowing you to align them perfectly with your desk height to alleviate shoulder strain.Room for ImprovementThe only reason this isn't a flawless 10/10 comes down to the initial assembly. While the instructions are straightforward, a couple of the screw holes on the underside of the seat cushion required some extra force to align perfectly with the armrest brackets. Having a second pair of hands helps, though it is completely manageable solo if you take your time.Customer ServiceThe post-purchase support has been phenomenal. A special shoutout to Cayla, who was incredibly helpful right from the start in getting the extra lumbar pillow processed and shipped out to ensure I had optimal support. I also want to thank Winnie, who proactively reached out with tracking details once the package was delivered to follow up and ensure everything arrived safely and was working out for me. It is rare to see this level of attentive care from an online seller.Bottom Line: If you are spending hours at a desk and need excellent lumbar protection that actually holds up, this Gabrylly chair is worth every penny. Highly recommended.

Love this so much I'm getting a GABRYLLY chair tattoo! Just kidding, but I REALLY love this chair.
My X-Chair X2 (almost $2k) gave out after about 5 years in the seat and caused hip problems. Saw these and the reviews and grabbed one for about 85% LESS than the X-Chair. They weigh in at around 50 lbs so that means a solid and reliable feeling platform and quality materials.* The shippingOn time. Arrived in a VERY sturdy box (great, given the weight). The contents were very neatly compartmentalized in some sort of padded silver protectors which felt very high-end. Everything was well protected.* The assembly:All the instructions and labeling were very clear and simple and in easy to read non-translated ENGLISH. All the hardware was neatly packaged and organized and they even included one extra of each screw size just in case. An easy to use tool, also included was all that was needed to assemble. Total time to get it done was about 20 minutes and only takes one person. The instructions even incorporate the sturdy shipping box in the instructions to hold the seat in place while attaching the back, eliminating the 2-man job requirement. Awesome! All the hardware is heavy duty. Solid, reassuring.* Functionality and comfort:A+. There is no perfect chair and I own Hermann Miller and of course, the X-chair this GABRYLLY replaced and understand that there is no "perfect" chair for most people. But this thing comes very close for me, especially at this price point. Super comfortable, and adjusts just fine for my needs. I'm a guitar teacher and also spend most of my other time sitting at my computer getting work done and running the business of my music studio, so LOTS of chair time.Being a guitar teacher, having the ability to rotate the armrests out of the way allow me to play and teach sitting down without the arms getting in the way of the guitar. Bonus.* Looks:The lines on this chair are very nice. A combination of sporty and classy and luxury all at the same time. Super happy with the looks and the color.* Also:I'm sure the casters supplied are of the same high caliber as far as sturdiness and roll-ability as the as the other chair components, but I always use "Office Oasis" rollers on my chairs because no matter what the chair, these wheels take any chair to another level. Plus they look really nice and come in different colors.* Bottom Line: If you're in the market for an office or gaming or guitar chair, save yourself some time and money and just get this chair while it's still available. You're welcome.

Best office chair for my jacked up back
I had to write a review after spending so much on this chair. I've never bought one this expensive before, and the reviews had me ready to open my wallet. So I'm here to join the chorus to tip you over the edge if you're wavering.First things first: The Cons.At 5'4", I'm the shortest person who should buy this chair. With the arms completely down and the seat completely down, it's fine, but I wouldn't mind an extra 1/2" lower on either. If you're shorter than 5'4" your feet won't touch the floor. I won't be able to replace the wheels with my skate casters, but oh well. FYI, it also wouldn't be great for someone with a big booty, but since my junk is NOT in my trunk, it works great for me.The arm adjustments could be more elaborate. They do go up and down on an angle that brings them further forward as they go up. For this money, I would have liked to be able to flip them up out of the way and/or turn them in and out. And they're attached to the seat back, so when the back reclines, the armrests go up.The directions seemed to miss a printing pass, as I could see all the words and the arrows supposedly pointing at a picture of the chair, but the chair wasn't there. Weird, but the assembly is intuitive enough that if you've ever put together furniture that comes in a box, you'll be fine. Now for the good stuff: The ProsY'all, I can't express to you how jacked up my back is. I've got more hardware in my back than Home Depot, and there are several more disks ready to blow. I'm currently in PT for sciatica, trying to avoid another surgery. So believe me when I tell you my back is jacked up. Thus the expensive chair. I just can't function in a cheap office chair and laying back in my bed on Zoom calls isn't very professional. After reading all the reviews and looking up lists of The 10 Best Office Chairs for Jacked Up Backs, I settled on this one. Currently I can't sit in any chair without excruciating pain after 5 min or less, and when I get up I can't walk for a while. But THIS chair, well I've been sitting in it for over half an hour watching football (ya know, to test it out) and when I got up...I could walk! What magic is this!? I think I found my new easy chair! Just kidding. This isn't what I would call a "cozy" chair, though it is very comfortable for working at a desk.Less exciting pros include the simple-to-operate mechanisms, the reclining feature (including being able to hold it in 2 different reclining positions), and the comfortable seat. I had no idea a mesh seat could be so comfortable. This thing is very sturdy, and seems to be built to last, which is good because I can't afford to buy one of these every year. It was also very easy to put together myself, although another pair of arms would have been welcome when attaching the seat to the seat back.If your back is jacked up and you work at a desk, this chair is worth the money.

So good I bought two of them
I have purchased two of these chairs. One in May 2025 and one in May 2026.They are both fantastic chairs - one for me and one for my son. The assembly was very easy and instructions are explained simply. The first chair I bought only had one set of holes on the seat cushion and the second chair now has 3 holes (small, medium, large) for different heights. I'm 6'1 and the original was great, and for my son I also set it to large (I believe for 5'9+).These chairs are incredibly comfortable and I we can sit on them for hours. The mesh seat has tension which makes it comfortable for sitting, imo. The chairs also look nice and elegant. There is a logo on the back if you use the headrest, but other than that it is unbranded. I don't personally use the headrest much, but it is installed for when I need it. You can adjust the headrest in different angles and heights, and lean it forward if you are used to using one.I'm a heavy guy (~300 lbs) and have had no noise like creaks or issues with my chair in over 1 year, so I'm incredibly happy with it. It also helped my posture, coming from executive-style chairs where comfort seems to triumph posture, I had a few days of upper back pain but it was due to poor posture and quickly corrected itself.I also really like that the arm rests go up. On the second chair install, one arm rest wasn't going up as expected and seemed to hit something, but I just took it off and re-installed it, ensuring not to tighten it too much - and it works great with little resistance. I probably over tightened it.

ASSEMBLYAmong the chairs I've assembled over the years, the neatness of the manual's instructions, straightforward assembly and pre-assembly of parts as much as possible to save a customer time as well as verified and correctly labeled part numbers comes as a surprise. The parts come in a packet with transparent front and you simply take out the parts step by step using the tear lines in the back. It tells me the manufacturer has put thought into user experience and tested their product before listing them for sale; you will be pressed to find something like this in other brands.ERGONOMICSExcellent. The design reflects exactly how an excellent ergonomics and comfortable seating should be like. I sincerely hope they don't disappear from Amazon. Quality products are increasingly difficult to find. Even as a perfectionist, GABRYLLY checks all the boxes for me.You will be very pleased to know that they have even thought of the optimal position of the seat depth based on height. There are 3 holes that accommodate short, medium and tall height range. I am a small framed man and their recommended screw placement guide matched my exact dimensions. It offers excellent fit for your height and proportions.QUALITY | WORKMANSHIPThe choice for an all mesh chair designs are very limited on Amazon at the time of this review. This chair not only offers an all mesh sweat free design, but with a workmanship that is outstanding. The machining of screws and attachment holes are very well done. You will not run into problems with mis-alignment issues or terrible designs where poor choices are made for connections or screw types. The hardware also has built in washers and a lot neater than having to use washers for every connection. The mesh is not a harsh grade and although covers are offered for it, they are still soft enough for long hours of seating. The prior chairs I've tried featured super rough grade of mesh that was very hard on the skin.AESTHETICSThe chair is beautiful to look at - something else that is difficult to find. I got the wood edition. I specially admire the incorporation of wood imitation in the chair that matches nicely with my mostly wooden layout.PRICEVery reasonable for the quality and workmanship. If you are looking for a comfortable stylish and functional chair as an alternative to 1K plus tier of office chairs, that still come with surprisingly high number of complaints, this is IT.It is unfortunate that the search algorithm for this chair has buried it in the results - such that I didn't come across it after many hours of search. Instead, I got some other terrible models that seemed alright to average from the photos, but were terribly uncomfortable or were missing parts or faulty by design. After the agony of having to disassemble and put them back in the box for return, I found GABRYLLY with the help of AI and super glad that I did.

Amazing chair and amazing customer service!
*UPDATE* 3/16/26It's been around 5 months since I purchased this chair now. I still love it if not even more than when I originally got it. I think it became more comfortable after it's been broken in. The chair has not sagged at all and has held up great. The arm rests aren't as stiff and move up and down a lot easier now. I have sat on this chair for up to 6 hours at a time and it has never caused me any pain. Friends and family who have sat in the chair told me it's very nice and comfortable unprompted! Would still highly recommend to others!!I previously had a Secret Lab chair, and after struggling with months of back pain from the chair, I decided to start looking into ergonomic chairs. When looking online for "good" ergonomic chair brands or recommendations, all I saw were Steelcase or Herman Miller, and anything else was "garbage".I decided to keep looking and do my own research and eventually landed on this one. Initially, I was worried it might not meet my expectations because of everything I had been seeing online about how if it wasnโt a huge, expensive name brand, it was no good.I went ahead and ordered it and was pleasantly surprised. The chair took very little effort to build and was able to do it by myself in less than an hour. Sitting on it for the first time, it felt comfortable and supportive. I knew it wouldn't cause the same back problems that my Secret Lab chair gave me. The adjustability is lovely. I(5โ5โ, 190 lb female) fit very well into this chair, and the headrest is quite comfortable. My only gripe is that the armrests don't move side to side, but most of all, the firmness of the armrests. They are very hard and can get uncomfortable quickly, but not a huge deal since I have the armrests up most of the time.I had the opportunity to keep a Herman Miller Aeron chair, but since I only sit 2-4 hours maximum at my desk each day and preferred the adjustability of this chair, I sold the Aeron, as well as the Secret Lab, and kept this chair. I can't judge it for longevity yet but am hopeful it'll last the next 5 years or so.Lastly, customer service is excellent! I initially had issues with the gas lift of the chair, so I contacted them, and they promptly sent me a replacement gas lift as well as a lumbar support pillow. They are very kind and sent instructions on how to replace the gas lift. Winnie and Cayla have been very helpful. Thank you.TLDR: For the price It's a great chair and superb customer service!! Just buy it!!

Good chair, very comfortable, go ahead and get it
Review is for GABRYLLY Ergonomic Mesh Office Chair, High Back Desk ChairI was a little concerned about this chair being that I am only 5'4" and according to the description, this chair is meant for a taller person.Don't worry, it fits fine, without issues. I can easily place both feet right on the ground, even being a "short" person. I use a foot rest anyway, so I see no issues if you are shorter using this chair. This chair is quite comfortable to sit in, with the back being very straight up. This is good and bad. You get lots of support like this, when you want to sit completely straight, but can easily lean back a bit for more comfort, when needed. You easily adjust the tension by the front knob that controls how hard you need to push back to adjust the back rest like most chairs that recline.Speaking of reclining, this chair reclines pretty far, and is very comfortable. The head rest you will need to fiddle with to make it custom fit for your head. This is the first time I have used a head rest of this type, and surprised at how comfortable it is. Putting the head rest on, while assembling the chair is the hardest part, and its quite easy to do.As some others have said, the seat mesh is a little "scratchy", but you get used to it.I have found that I like using a cushion on the seat for extended sitting sessions, but you may not need one. The mesh seat is quite comfortable, and sometimes I switch between using a cushion and sometimes not using one. You will have to see what works for you.One big reason I got this chair is the swing up arms. I prefer these type arms, since you can easily lift them up out of the way, where as other chairs you can't do this. This makes it easy to push in the chair very close to your desk, saving room.Customer Service. One word, OUTSTANDING!I have hard floors at home, and carpet at work. My work place bought me the same chair, so I bought one for home use. I emailed the company and asked about purchasing the roller type wheels for my home chair, and they offered me an additional set for the at work chair, which I didn't need. They were willing to ship me two sets for free! I declined the one for work, since its carpet and didn't need a set. Thats great customer service, which is rare now a days. Keep this in mind when shopping for a chair...there are lots out there, and this company stands behind their product.Assembly - standard for a chair like this, very easy to do, and they provide a simple video to watch. Maybe takes 10 minutes to put together, and you can do it yourself. If you have trouble lifting, you would need some assistance.Shipping - Chair comes very well packed in a sturdy box, no issues there.Quality - I did not have any issues with this chair. Very well put together.Chair options - It leans back pretty far, and with the included head rest, it is quite comfortable to lean back when you are tired for a quick rest, or even a quick, nap. (shhhh...don't tell the boss) You can lock the angle of the back to exactly where you want it, if you don't like having to push back to lean the back rest.So far I am quite happy with this chair. I have never had a full back mesh type chair, and think that this will last quite a while, even with daily use. I think you will be pleased with this purchase. While you may be able to find a similar chair for maybe a little less price, to me, the customer service you get with this purchase is really worth it. You know that they will stand behind your purchase and your being happy with your purchase of their product. I don't think you will be disappointed.*update*Its been 3 months since I purchased this chair and I can tell you 100% no issues with the chair at all. Its quite comfortable, and I would purchase another one, without hesitation. I can be sitting in this chair for long periods of time, with no issues. I do use a small seat cushion, just because I had it left from my previous chair, so might as well make use of it, but its not really needed for this chair. I am completely pleased with this purchase. No chair is perfect, but not being able to get into a chair and sit in it for yourself, shouldn't sway you from purchasing this. Its very comfortable, and even though I am 5'4", its perfect in size, and the head rest is great too. Easy to lean back when you are tired and take a quick nap. WFH...shhhhhhhhh....!!*Update #2* 4/24I tend to give good reviews for products that I really like, and give updates to those products. This chair is one of those products that you need to know about. So far I have been using this chair everyday, for hours a day. This chair is top notch. Comfortable. Arms swing out of the way if you want...etc. I am really happy with this purchase and I think you will be too. Its hard buying a chair without trying it first, but you can be assured of the good reviews of this product. No joke. This is a good chair. I think you will be pleased.**Over 1 year later update**This is a great chair and probably one of the best I have purchased, but not the most expensive I have purchased. It is holding up just great, is just as comfortable as when I got it. ZERO complaints.I use it for hours everyday for computer work and gaming. Its a very comfortable chair and it seems it will last a good long time. Don't be on the fence any longer, you can stop looking now for a good chair.BUY IT. You will be pleased.**2025 UPDATE**This chair continues to please. Still no issues at all, ZERO. I use this chair for hours per day, very comfortable. If and when this chair starts giving "issues" as all chairs do overtime, I will not hesitate to buy a replacement chair from this same brand. Keep in mind that there are still no issues. Over the years I have purchased countless number of desk chairs, and this one is the best so far for the price point. I am completely satisfied as a customer. I am not being compensated, nor have I been contacted by the company to do any reviews, or speak positively about this purchase, I like when people update their reviews, so that you can know what you are getting into for the long haul and that in my case, no money was wasted on this purchase.**2026 Update**I can't believe I have had this chair for 3 years. Exceptional value. I use this chair every single day for computer use. Sometimes for hours. Don't hesitate any longer. BUY. 100%.
