Q: I just bought one and the inside is working fine but the out side is very hot !! Is the normal ?

I'm very disappointed with this freezer. The outside gets very hot and only the top three drawers over freeze. The bottom drawers had defrosted before I knew it,I have lost hundreds of dollars of meat.
