Is the fragrance free soap bar also oil-free?

It is fragrance free. Not sure what you mean by oil-free, but I haven't noticed any oil at all. It is a very large bar. It is a wonderful soap that cleans well, does not dry out the skin, leaves no residue of any kind. I highly recommend it for anyone.
