Why did you pick this product vs others?: As someone who has a lot of allergies to foods, this is the one Rice krispie that doesn't upset my stomach. I can eat these with ease and not have to worry about having the after effects of whatever substance is within them causing me a severe allergic reaction. Freshness: They always taste fresh and I don't really seem to notice them tasting bad at any point in time or getting like super hard. But then again I never let them last long. Texture: They have a much different texture than the typical Rice Krispies so I know that for a fact they have like more of a marshmallowy core in between some of the spaces and they're not nearly as compressed as the tinier ones and they're a little bit bigger than the regular size. Quality: They're a great quality and I'm glad that these are available and they seem to be getting less expensive over time. Snack quality: My only one gripe about the snack quality is sometimes if you eat too many of them, they can taste a little funny.

Still hoping to get one that tastes like actual homemade ones and this one is closer than what they already make. But it still has further to go. But this is progress. I did eat the box in a couple days. So they are tasty.

So these were on sale and I finally got the Homestyle ones frankly, because I couldn’t understand what the difference was from this to the other varieties… But just like it sounds, they are more homemade so a little more inconsistent meaning bigger chunks of marshmallow not completely and evenly mixed to make it feel a little more homemade still the same flavor still delicious, and probably my personal favorite

3 stars and here is why: Product itself is 5 stars, I've had them before and they were delicious. But as for the ones I ordered on Amazon, I only give 3 stars, probably should give less, because ... I order this is part of a gift for someone's birthday as she loves these. However when I received them, the expiration (or sale by or whatever date) was less than 2 weeks from when I ordered them, and when I gave them to her for her birthday, she had less than 5 days before they self destructed or something. Only reason I did give them to her and just not go to the store and buy some with an expiration date longer than 2 months, was she has teenagers, so I knew they would probably get eaten in 48 hours. This reminded me why I dislike buying anything with an expiration date from Amazon, 95% of the time I get items that are quite close to the expiration date that there is no way I can finish whatever it is I ordered before it goes kaboom or whatever.
