Great tool, really easy to use
I was having a never ending problem with the TPMS warning light in our Subaru Forester. Within 5 minutes of opening the package I found to my surprise that two of the tires had the same TPMS ID name. Went to our shop, they gave me a funny look until I showed them the results on the screen and immediately they agreed to reassign the sensors at no charge. Originally they wanted $160 to look at the problem and more to resolve it. It pretty much paid for the $200 price just then. When the battery gets too low in these sensors and I need to replace them I will use the much lower priced Autel sensor and program it myself. The Subaru dealer wanted $390. to replace a single sensor. Autel $32 part + cost to install, much lower than $390. If you need to program through OBD, you need this level unit to upload to the ECU. With three vehicles with TPMS, this should save me a lot of money. I am not a pro mechanic and this was really easy to use. Not intimidating at all.

Quality Unit... Worked well and fast on my Lexus RC350
Obtained winter tires just before COVID... had them installed at a local tire store with OEM TPMS purchased separately. Had to get Lexus dealership to read and upload new sensors... to ECM. 30 minutes of garage time to do it! Never went back after I put all seasons back on. Just let the TPMS light flash. Found reference to this Autel unit on the Lexus Forum and bought it. As someone said already, the manual can be a challenge to review... but I did anyway. Appears it was translated or originally written in a language that wasn’t English. The unit itself is very robust and intuitive enough. Never updated firmware... and didn’t need to charge (it was already @100%). Out of the case, after reviewing instructions I spent just over 5 minutes going through the process... all done. Sadly, it will have to wait now in its case until I switch out all seasons for winters in fall. I plan to use it to fine tune the air already in tires... to give me an accurate PSI reading (to one decimal point)... much like a digital tire gauge would do. Highly recommended if you don’t want to see the flashing light on your dash and want to know your tire pressure with all sets of tires you have for your car!

Worked great!
Bought this tool so I can program some sensors on our cars. Tried it on my brother in laws car, had him order the maxi sensors and was easy to program new sensors to the car. Was reasonably priced.

Works well. Remember check settings if on North America
At 1st I didn't like this tool wouldn't pick up many sensors but few weeks later going though the settings it was set to Europe, so I changed it to north America and now picks up every sensor I tried with it. Now I'm happy with this tool

Easy to use and does what it's supposed to do
I bought this because I had just bought new wheels, tires, and TPMS sensors and every tire shop I went to told me that they will self program. I would just have to drive a while. Nope, didn't happen. I ordered this programmer, got it the next day, set it up on my PC, and went out and programmed the new sensors to my Lexus. It pretty much walks you through the process. Scan the sensors and it activates and stores the codes. Connect it to the OBD port and it writes the sensors to the TPMS module. No more flashing tire pressure sensor light. And with free updates, its well worth it.
