Was asked adamantly by my 9yo taking this to review them and give them 100 stars. 9yo approx 65 lbs takes 2. Within 45ish min she is asking to go to bed. She likes the taste and states she feels well rested with no grogginess in the morning. We don't need to remind her as she likes taking them and the way they help her. Much different from the days of lying awake for a good hour or two after in bed.

Listen, I work third shift and can never get to sleep when I need to. These have helped so much for the last three months and its help not only improve my sleep schedule but my productivity at work cause I actually get the sleep I need. SO thank you!!

The flavor is awesome the kids and I love it . You definitely get a good amount for the money you spend a month with this company. I would love to see bigger bottles like a bulk bottle . Because even if it does cost a little more it would last a little longer for that mom or dad whose money has to stretch a little bit longer. My children fall asleep so fast after taking the gummies . They take them before bath time and once they come out of the bath and dress in pajamas and get cozy in bed I don't get past the first page in their favorite story book. Which makes it very easy for parents to go to work if they work at night and bring the baby sitter in so they don't have much work to do . I am so glad I found this company. I have tried many other company and either they work well but taste horrible or they taste great and don't work at all.

I bought these gummies for my 6-year-old nephew who has trouble sleeping at night, especially when it's a school night. He's wide-awake at night. As soon as I give him the gummies, he drifts off to sleep peacefully only to wake up the next day better than ever. Not only did I buy the gummies for my nephew, I bought them for myself as well. Take 2 of these easy-to-swallow gummies, sleep peacefully like a baby, and then wake up more refreshed. Just make sure once you take the gummies that you go straight to bed, get some rest or else you'll feel tired the next day. At least that's what happend to me. These gummies are tasty. I really love the fact that you get 2 bottles for the price of one.

I've been taking melatonin for 3 years. This version is so-o-o good (& tasty) that I call them "Yummies" vs. "Gummies." They are actually too-oo delicious, so be careful to not exceed the dosage allowed. I was thinking "I want to eat a few of them," but realized that's NOT safe/healthy, & they'd have to call Sleeping Beauty's Prince to kiss me awake... :-) (so be mindful & careful) 5-10 mg. Came the next day. These are great for my kids. For them back on track for school and they taste yummy. My kids actually ask for these at bed time and look forward to taking them.

I tried it a few times with absolutely no effect on me. It's a waste of money. I use a different Product that works marvelously every time I use it. I would mention the name of it here but I don't think I'm supposed to that, sorry to all of you with poor sleeps.
