is this mascara waterproof?

This mascara is definitely waterproof. I was looking for washable so I was disappointed by this.

I have hand tremor, will this be bulky enough to hold

The handle is pretty wide but not a lot of length is easy for me to grasp and I have nerve damage in hands hope helps
