PelicanAdventurer Series - Case For Samsung Galaxy S20 Fe 5G (Fan Edition) Military Drop Protection - 6.5 Inch - Clear

UPDATE: 4/29/2021 Well have had the case for 3 months and it has yellowed. It's pretty bad and that's after cleaning it at least once a week. Even tried using Meguirs PlastX cleaner and did not work at all. Very disappointed because I really like the case.Was hard to find a case for the Samsung S20 FE that felt sturdy. I am used to using the commuter case from Otterbox so I wanted that same feel. But Otterbox didn't make a commuter version for the FE. I am so glad that I purchased this Pelican case. Feels very sturdy and it has microbial protection!! The holster works great too. I have not dropped my phone, but with this case I feel like it would be greatly protected. I was also concerned with protecting the camera on the phone and there is an indent that I feel protects the camera well. Oh and as an added bonus the case is clear! I love being able to see the color of my phone!

This case gets an 4.5 star review from me. The fit is perfect. It has a slight bump in the corners for added drop protection. There is a minimal lip as well. The back is nice, clear hard PC. The only minor negative is the camera cut-out is shallow and doesn't provide any protection. The camera is flush with the case. However, other cases that do provide a deeper cut-out make the case slightly thicker In the end, whether shallow or deep or with a lip around the camera you're not getting any real protection from any case. I feel this is a great buy for those that want to show off the design and colors of the phone and want good protection without the bulk.

This is a well made and rugged looking case. The problem I have with the design is how the side push button covers are made as raised buttons. I have one pair of my pants where this button cover design results in the home screen being triggered and the Emergency Call function being activated several times a day. As much as I love the ruggedness that this case offers, I have little choice but to replace it with another design that provides more protection for the side buttons.

This does not protect the camera glass. Barely protects the Touchscreen. I am hard on phones, and so I buy cases with mil-spec drop protection. I've had this a month, and would probably have a cracked Touchscreen if I didn't have a Supershieldz on it. Don't get me wrong, I have and trust Pelican cases for expensive camera equipment and such. But I'm going back to otterbox for my phone.

I carry my phone in my front pocket and with this case my phone kept turning and messing up the config on phone, calling peopke, etc. I never had that problem with otterboxes. I know have to lock my phone with a PIN that i dont want to do so that it doesnt srew up my phone.
