The on off switch is stuck in the on position.
Purchased on July 10 2022, did not use it till February 2023. Installed the battery, and it started running, the switch would not turn it off, had to remove battery to get it to stop. Contacted JCB and they said they would replace the unit on Feb 16th, no replacement unit, and no response to additional emails. It's like they just disappeared. 1st problem I have had with a JCB tool.
