If you struggle taking your vitamin D may I suggest these gummies? They are so good!!

These have decent flavor, but are just coated in sugar. Kind of like old fashioned orange slices or mint leaves? Theres more crunchy sugar coating than actual gummy. Which isnt terrible, but not what I expected. Otherwise, no complaints. Flavor is good, they dont stick to each other, well packaged.

I give these to my daughter who is on the spectrum. Kids who are on the spectrum tend to need higher doses of vitamin d than kids/adults who are neurotypical which is why I bought adult vitamins instead of kid vitamins. I give her one instead of two but these have helped so much! She sleeps better, is more calm, less meltdowns, seems overall happier. I mean it’s hard to say but I do believe they do something, it’s like night and day. I’ve bought 4 bottles at this point because we love them so much! They taste good and my daughter is always willing and wanting to take her vitamin. Win for adults and kids in my book.

The gummies taste good (albeit a bit sweet, glad they are small - tread carefully if you don't like sweets). My only reason for four stars is that you must pay close attention to the serving size (as you should with everything you ingest but many individuals don't) it is 60 gummies which may lead some to thinking they are purchasing a 2 month supply versus one month due to the serving size being 2 gummies... Yet the front says 5000 not 2500 indicating you will need two gummies versus one. Although I bought without the care of 1 vs 2 months supply and read the nutritional label prior to buying many may not notice. Besides that interesting texture, potent flavor, soft, and a small little star shape.

I love these vit D gummies. Not sure why the negative reviews for the product? They taste good and are soft. BUT I haven’t been able to get them for the past two years. Every time I've tried to order this Vit D I receive CALCIUM supplements instead!
