I really like the design of the fixture, but there were several problems. The light stems were crooked. I forced them to straighten them an one broke. I had to super glue it back together. I finally got it installed and realized that there was a small chip on one of the shades. I turned it to the back. I will live with it rather than pack it all up and return the entire fixture. Poorly made and thin metals. My own fault " you get what you pay for" now I know why a similar fixture was twice the price from a different vendor.

I bought two of these at different times. Both were crooked. When I say "crooked", I mean that each glass light shade was welded on in a crooked fashion. Once the light is installed you can see all four glass light shades are slightly off kilter and you can not adjust them straight since they are welded in place. For the price, you can do better at Lowes or Home Depot.

I almost bought a very similar fixture made by Kichler, but it was easily nearly twice as much in cost as this fixture. I saw other reviews complaining of chipped shades and crooked lights, but I took a chance. I did end up with one very slightly chipped shade -- a tiny notch, really, barely noticeable) -- but when it was installed, I had the electrician face it toward the wall, so it can't be seen. There were two lights that were slightly crooked, but they were fortunately not welded onto the horizontal bar. Insted, they were screwed onto it so I was able to carefully bend them level. Overall, it was worth the savings, and it looks wonderful.

I am using a dimmer. The glass itself is gorgeous. The light is super bright for putting on make up and then with the dimmer softer for general use. No harsh shadows. I had installed an LED light and it was super blue white - harsh and was like an ER room. This light however is stunning- love the glass itself - very high quality.

I remodeled my bathroom and ordered this Chloe lighting. The shipper put the lights in one box and put another box outside to protect the inside box; however, there was too much space between inside box and outside box; as a result, one of lights was broken. I returned it and ordered another set. The second set arrived ok and these lights work well. They take small light bulbs that you can buy at the Homedepot. If you use regular light bulbs, they may be too hot because there is not much space for ventilation. Also, I had them face down to get better lighting.

Very happy with this fixture on the second try. The first unit we received had an issue... the mounting holes punched through the base plate were crooked, about 1/4” off. When the light bar attaches, it’s at an angle... when attached to the wall, it was very obvious. Returned the first unit, requested a replacement, received it 2 days later. The second unit was fine and is now mounted... very happy. I suspect the first one was just flawed during manufacturing. All good now! When you receive yours, simply check that the light bar is parallel with the mounting base!

We replaced the recessed bathroom florescent lights with these and are quite happy with them. They look more expensive that they are, were easy to install and with LED bulbs they provide plenty of light.

Looks good, however there are some quality issues with surface rust. Install was easy and simple.

Product was as described. I like the feature of putting the lights in either direction, facing up or down. Although it was installed by an electrician, installation was done with ease.
