My dentist recommended that I buy this because a few areas of my gums are inflamed. He said to swish it in my mouth for 30 seconds, as needed. It does actually help the soreness for a little bit, but the main thing is I'm hoping the inflammation goes totally away. .Like all Aloe Vera that is Unflavored, it does not taste great, but this does taste better then I remember it tasting the last time I bought the same brand about 10 years ago. I was told before to mix it with something flavored, maybe half-and-half of the other liquid... at that time I needed to drink about 8 ounces of it. This came in a dark brown plastic type bottle, instead of the glass bottle that used to come in. Which is fine with me. It is lightweight and a bit taller and less wide.. So it fits in the fridge, easier, and as you probably know once it is opened and needs to be refrigerated.

I purchased the product twice, the first time the product tasted fresh and helped me with my stomach issues, while the 2nd time the product tasted too sour. The taste was not consistent between the two purchases. I want to purchase this again but I want to know it's going to taste like the first time I bought it.

I started taking a shot a day with chia seeds in it for constipation because I have always struggled with that. I noticed that combination really suppressed my appetite, which i didn't anticipate. I also saw an improvement with my skin. Cleared up some acne. That I also have struggled with. Heartburn gone. I will forwarn, that it tastes like bleach smells.

Exactly as ordered. Keep in fridge for better taste. Tried it about 4 times and thought the taste was not the best. But am used to it now. Taking it to help heal inflammation in my gut.
