Enjoy hot pot all year long with this manual frozen meat slicer. Frozen meat can be sliced at 0 degree Fahrenheit high curved perfectly for hotpot and shabu shabu. Slicer body is made of stainless steel which is dishwasher safe. Removable blade is made of high carbon stainless steel. The new 2016 model includes easy to adjust thickness adjustment module and a spiked handle to help holding the meat securely. Before first use: The protective plastic film on the stand needs to be removed before preparing the slicer for the first use. Wash the slicer with mild soap, or wash in dishwasher before first use. Meat Prepearation Cut meat in large chunks and stuff it in the include plastic bag and form a tubing shape. Freeze the meat in freeze over night. Remove frozen meat from the plastice bag with out thawing Place the meat on the slicer stand against the slicing blade With left hand holding the meat, shave the frozen meat with the right hand. Wash and dry the slicer after use.
