LJ, I am an XL but I order an XXL to be comfortable. The sleeves are long. I have to fold them up . I hope this was helpful.

I purchased 4 of these. I'm a V neck t-shirt guy too, but these are comfortable and are not tight around the neck.

I am 5' 10" tall and it fits well as far as the length of the shirt.
