This is a delicious, flavorful and aromatic black tea. The bergamot comes through nicely. I love that it's organic and contains no plastic since it is loose leaf. The packaging is attractive and high quality. It's also giftable.

Editing review July 2022, from 3 to 5 stars: The tea now comes in a metal tin and keeps the flavor better. I'm hopeful this was just a temporary supply chain disruption. Original comment: This tea used to come in a metal tin. Thought that was a bit much but willing to pay extra because the flavor was so good. In early 2022, they changed to a cardboard tube with a plastic top and bottom. When I opened it there was no wonderful scent that I'm used to smelling. The taste is missing the bergamot. I won't be ordering it again.

Tea is good! The cons is you can’t taste the bergamot enough. Otherwise it is a good black tea.

No Earl Grey taste, just black tea
This tea brand is very inconsistent. The box I got does not have the Earl Grey flavor I love so much! I had the same experience with their Oolong - not an Oolong taste. The tin boxes are pretty, but that's not what I am buying - so, I feel it's ultimately, a waste of money.

HAS NO TASTE OR SMELL!
This tea has no smell when you open the tin and does not have any taste of bergmont and only a slight taste of tea if you double the amount and steep for 10 minutes. It was 3 month out of date when it arrived. And when I tried to return it said it was unreturnable. This product is not fit for purpose. Very dissatisfied.
