iToys Crazy Bones Collectors Tin - Assortments May Vary

I purchased this tin for a birthday gift and was told it was the "coolest gift ever!" by a 9 year old boy. All of the kids "oooohhhed and ahhhhhed" over it since the gogos inside were not any they could pick up at the local store. The tin has ample room to put several dozen as a carrying case but the kids loved that there was an individual slot for each of the 10 gogos. I am a little surprised that they didn't come with stickers like the packs. The kids didn't seem to mind since the figures were unique. At the party, the 9-ish boy crowd enjoyed collecting them while the 5-ish girls pretend played with them alongside the dolls. I don't understand the fascination, but I'd purchase this again and highly recommend for a child (older than toddler as the figures are the size of an adult thumb) who enjoys gogos or any small plastic figurines.

Apparently, this is the new "MUST HAVE" toy for my kids. First it was Pokeman, then Baugukan and now it's HexBugs and gogo's crazy bones. I like these better then the mass marketed choices. This tin works out cheaper then buying individual packs and it also provides a great way to keep them all in one place. The tins can be hard to find in stores so purchasing here is a nice option as long as the price is reasonable.A pamphlet is included inside that details all the different tins (there are 5 different ones) and what figures are included with their names and points. There are 10 figures with just one card. You get more cards when purchasing the figures in smaller packs but you end up paying more for the same amount so it's a trade off. My son bought another one at a store for more then $15. They list a website for the toy that also provides game rules, videos and other forums for all things crazy bones.I know that some marketing ploy is behind the rush to own THIS toy over others but it's always something and I'm okay with it compared to others. My boys think up ways to make their own gogo's crazy bone video, play the battle game and keep themselves busy so I think it's worth the price. I also highly recommend the  One Individual Nano Hexbug Robot with Online Code - Colors May Vary . I'm not a big fan of the mass marketing of Pokeman & Bagukan (tv shows, lunch packs, etc.) so I was very happy to leave those behind.

I have three boys (4,6,&8) and got them each a set for Christmas. When they arrived, I was nervous. They are small little figures in a tin box that didn't really do anything. I figured I overspent and they would be bored with these in a matter a minutes. I was totally wrong. These things provide an amazing amount of entertainment. My boys have spent hours and hours playing with and creating games with them. They trade them and do all kinds of things. I still don't get it, but I would defiantly spend the money again. My boys LOVE them. The tins are great for storage and this way they don't lose the small figures. Probably some of the best money spent this year.

These are nothing more than model plastic shapes with names and different colors. Priced right to have your kid be cool for 1-2 years while there in fad, than throw them in the fish tank for decor. Star Wars action figures have more play abilitiy (moving arms/legs/etc.) GO-GOs do nothing. Have your child get the collectors book and share with others on what GO-GO and it's name they have and what GO-GO they may trade for a different one. They have multi series.

I got these in connection with the starter set that contains 18 gogos and storage bags and together this was a great way for them to start out with gogo's. They're 9 and 7 and will have a lot of fun with having so many little figures to start their collection.

Better than anticipated

My daughter really liked this gift. She used to play with them a lot when she was younger and now that she is going to have a child of her own, she was getting nostalgic so I got them for her. She loved it. She is keeping them for when her child is old enough to play with them.
