I have seen a few reviews saying that this product has a bad taste and I disagree! It tastes pretty good and fruity with a touch of an odd taste(fenugreek). If you have tasted Fenugreek seed by itself then you would know this is about a 1000x better tasting. I am on the verge of giving up pumping all together because I can pump 8 times a days and not get enough to feed my baby for the next and my boobs hurt all of the time from pumping so much to get so little. It’s been extremely frustrating because my drop in supply was very sudden and I have done all of the things to try to get it back. My hope is that this product will help me at least be able to continue pumping for 2 more months fewer times a day and get enough to only supplement half of her daily need. I will update!

I never leave reviews! But I had to review this product...I can honestly say this has been a wonderful product for me so far! I purchased due to returning back to work in a few weeks. I have a well established supply but wanted to maintain it as I decided to get an IUD and was worried about it affecting things on top of returning back to work. I currently EBF and only pump in the mornings on the opposite side that baby doesn’t nurse. I have only been taking for 5 days and since then I have had to do a night pump and a few days I did an evening pump, baby has not nursed any less then usual so I believe it is from this product. I also thoroughly enjoy the flavor. I will continue to use this product through out this nursing journey! Thank you PREMAMA!!

I’ve been pumping in the evenings to ramp up my supply of fresh milk to start making baby food purées. At first I was only getting about 1 ounce of breastmilk from each breast while baby nursed on the other breast. About four days after trying the lactation support product I was easily pumping 4 ounces. I’m ordering more because it’s the only change I’ve made and clearly my supply has increased. I enjoy the taste with 16oz of water and drink it every morning when I wake up.

I have never pumped more than 2 ounces total. After just 3 days of drinking this twice a day I just pumped 4oz on one side and 2 on the other!!! That’s 4 extra ounces!!! Over the last two months I have tried everything to up my supply but nothing worked. This stuff is amazing! I’m beyond happy and hopeful that soon maybe I can stop supplementing!

Unfortunately, this did not help my supply. I took it for 10 days straight before stopping because my supply was actually decreasing and the only thing I had changed was taking this supplement. I went from pumping 14oz a day to 9oz. Not sure if that's a coincidence but it was not worth continuing.It might be worth noting that I had already tried taking plain fenugreek and did not notice any help from that so maybe it's just me not responding to that supplement.The taste was good.

The first time I had these I didn't love the flavor but it totally grew on me till I looked forward to drinking it!! Plus they really seemed to help my supply. That and pumping every 3 hours lol. Didn't make me gassy like the label warned it might. I love that they're in individual packets too

This product has worked very well for me. The taste is pretty bad. I have to chug it then chase it with some kind of juice to get the after taste out of my mouth. The good thing is you only need to drink one 12oz bottle a day. So I drink it first thing in the morning and get it out of the way. The benifits you get from drinking it are so worth the bad taste. The price is very affordable as well. I would definitely recommend this product.

I love it !!! I honestly think that any supplements for lactation to work have to be accompanied by a discipline breastfeeding or pumping to work ... but definitely the premama helps to keep you supply and to give your water a nice taste let’s face it is not so fun to chuck water all day !!!! The best thing about this one is that it has very little calories non from sugar... I try other brand and it had a ton of sugar and believe me my cellulite was getting out of control so this feature is amazing it does the job without giving you a ton of sugar aka cellulite in power ;)
