OxyShred Pre Workout Powder - Preworkout Powder with L Glutamine & Acetyl L Carnitine, Energy Boost Drink - Cosmic Blast, 60 Servings

where do i even start. i have so much love for the oxyshred powder- from the taste of the flavors (cosmic blast and strawberry kiwi are SO yummy) to the results, this has by far been the best supplement i have ever incorporated into my routine: which is saying a lot because i have tried a LOT of different products that ended up being either useless, disgusting, or made me feel jittery or weird. oxyshreds effects are so smooth, i take it on an empty stomach before fasted cardio, and it makes cardio actually BEARABLE and so much easier! it gives me so much energy without the jitters or a crash, and it also has helped me with losing fat in my calorie deficit with its appetite suppressant effects. i genuinely look forward to taking this every morning. i cannot reccomend it enough, i firmly believe anyone and everyone would benefit from this!

The Cosmic Strawberry OxyShred is the best in the morning before work or a workout. It taste great. Plenty of energy without the shakes.

OxyShred is hands-down my favorite pre-workout—it’s the perfect combo of clean energy, great taste, and zero crash. I take it about 15–20 minutes before my workout, and it kicks in just right: I feel focused, motivated, and ready to move, without feeling jittery or wired. One of the biggest wins for me is that it doesn’t upset my stomach like some other pre-workouts do. Plus, the flavors are actually delicious—my personal favorite is the Cosmic Blast, but honestly, every one I’ve tried has been solid. I’ve also noticed it helps curb my appetite and boost my mood a bit throughout the day, which is a bonus I wasn’t expecting. Whether I’m lifting, doing cardio, or just dragging myself to the gym, this stuff gives me that extra push to show up and crush it. If you’re looking for a pre that works without making you feel like your heart is racing, OxyShred is 100% worth it.

It provides a great boost of energy and has a great taste, too. However, it could come off sweet if you don't like candy-flavoured stuff. I would recommend a shaker bottle instead of stirring it in. It does make you go to the bathroom so if you have a sensitive stomach, this may not be ideal for you. If you can, try to use it on days when you have free time to allow your body to adjust to it.

I love this stuff because it makes me sweat like crazy. It is over pricey for the amount you get so that's a con. I will say the cosmic blast is suuuuper sweet. I'm not much of a sweets person so I'll probably get another flavor after this one because it's so overpowering.

Best preworkout! Stays fresh in container long, really energizes you for a good workout for hours and the flavor is good too!

*Updated review* This is by far the best on the market BUT the quality is so inconsistent for how expensive it is. Almost every time I order I receive a product that is not mixed well at all. There should not be white pill like pieces thought the product. It even tastes like pills if you accidentally drink that part. Sometimes I even receive one that has a completely different size scoop which holds way more product than the normal sized scoop which is not safe at all. I wish I found this product sooner!!! The taste is amazingly good. It’s not too sweet nor does it taste artificial. It works quick and doesn’t make me feel weird at all but makes my workouts fly by. The price is 1000% worth it and I won’t ever buy anything else now.

I’ve tried a lot of different pre workouts and fat burners, but this is honestly one of the few that I actually noticed a difference with. Hands down works for me. I take it before the gym and it gives me clean energy without making me feel jittery or sick. One of the biggest things I noticed is that it helps keep me from feeling constantly hungry, which has made staying in a calorie deficit so much easier. I also sweat WAY more during workouts when I use it, and over time I’ve definitely noticed weight loss while pairing it with exercise and better eating habits. The flavor is actually really good too, which makes me want to keep drinking it consistently. If you’re looking for something to help with energy, appetite control, and workouts, I definitely recommend trying it!
