Does not pull any punches.
I'm now a target of the Marxist left. Just as bad as the Fascist Right. I'm talking extremes. We need liberals and we need conservatives. I love them both.He does not pull punches. I do not know what context he thinks of when he says "ugly". I think that anyone can look beautiful when their love of their fellow human shows in their posture and facial expression.

Excellent, Informative, Insightful, Well Written, and Entertaining Book on Men's Rights
Excellent, entertaining, insightful, well written, and informative Men's Rights book. Mike Buchanan, the author of this excellent, book should be commended for the courage which he demonstrated by writing this book. Feminists and their supporters have a history of instigating that "political correctness" which has ruined many careers against those who openly oppose their unjust, sexist, and oppressive means and ends. What is truly informative to American readers, is the similarity of the unjust means and ends of feminists in the UK and the USA. Mr. Buchanan's book, therefore, is extremely appropriate for all men and men's rights activists whatever nation that they live in. Thank you Mr. Buchanan for this informative and well written book on Men's Rights.

not too scary for bedtime reading ...
I give this five stars as a much needed humorous critique of feminism. IMike Buchanan is an amusing writer, which is good because I typically read before going to sleep and most other writings on feminists could be stress inducing, leading to insomnia or nightmares. Some sections I skim through because they have to do with the specifics of Britain's attempt to legislate gender parity. But overall, Buchanan's perspective is relevant in any western country being overrun by feminist academic ideologues. Even though this is written for the layperson, he does rely on scientific studies to back up his arguments.

Don't waste your money
I bought this drivel because I conflict with feminists on many aspects of their politics. However, this book is poorly written and sophomoric. Don't waste your money. It would be flunked our of a high school writing class.

Not enough pictures (and no pop ups)!
Stunning book. As a man I could totally relate. The cover was so gripping I clicked 'buy it now' straight away (not 1 click buy it now, like a lazy feminist though), the popup window asking me "Really?" at every stage during checkout was a little distracting but I eventually got it downloaded. Then I had to print it out, as I refuse to read it on a tablet (do you know the company that builds tablets hire women?)When I sat down to read it, I was blown away by the depth and coverage of the book: Rarely talked about topics like how feminists are only born under a full moon when the mother is in a cranky mood and various other scientific facts that have long been kept secret by the radical feminist media. We rarely see an accurate account of the feminist diet, so the various cooking tips for how they boil human-man blood were real eye opening, I will definitely be checking with the restaurants I frequent to make sure my meals are prepared feminist-free as I absolutely do now wish to catch it.Unfortunately, because of work, I cannot move into the human sized hamster ball you recommend to avoid catching feminist ideals, but I will try and avoid the various locations you advised to minimize my risk of coming into contact. As much as I loved hanging out in the pants section of womens departments stores, I will be doing my loitering in the mens section from now on.This book has had such an impact on me, and I've very grateful for you taking the hours to writing it. I also really appropriate you listing all your sources in the back of the book so I could follow up with my own independent research. The amount of wikipedia entries you had to read to get all your scientiic knowledge was impressive, though some of the entries are a little different now, maybe the radical feminist mafia? Also do you have an email address for "Fred B.J." who is listed several times in the bibliography as a source? The only downside to the book was the amount of words, like many of your fans I cannot read, so was hoping for more for a picture book, I had to have this one read to me by a friend, and he got a paper cut :( (BTWs do I invoice you for that, or the paper company?). So maybe you could release a picture book print version? Ooooh maybe a popup, with like an angry crocodile (frowny face) representing the feminists? Will there be a second book?Maybe Feminism, The Makeover - a la Queer Eye for the Straight Guy - as I really need to know what happens to the main character?

Please !!! Tone Down the Cover for the sake of the valuable idea of the book
This book cannot be seen as any more appropriate an antidote to feminist poison than it is in reality, especially in the times when my country, India is already reeling under the blazing heat of feminism sponsored misandry being actively promoted by family-less societies of the West through UN mediated interference bordering on threatening sovereignty of an independent democratic nation. The blazing heat of feminism is all the more powerful and concentrated in the Indian context, because India and much of oriental cultures still harbour the basic units of society relatively safely, which is a threat to the uncontrolled spreading and hegemonic streak of the feminist virus. That said and done, the book except for its cover is highly objective and funny to further the cause of stopping dead feminism in its track. I definitely acknowledge that the cover is chosen well to communicate the message in a nutshell, but it is so successful in scaring the politically correct generation bred in assembly line fashion of modern developed, urbanized societies that the entire book and its ideas risk being stored away without furthering the cause it is valiantly trying achieve.I have strong affinity for the fearful and uncomfortable things that makes me cross the threshold. But even, I was put off by an instinctive response on many a occasions when I opened the kindle (android app based) edition of the book by cover. It's a different matter that I was well versed with the grave dangers of feminism before I encountered this book and I myself plan to write feminism off the face of earth or better still vaccinate a generation or two of human beings (both women and men) from the virus, instead of out-rightly denying civil liberty of existence to the virus, appealing more to the liberal-conservative, man-woman sensibilities I possess for long now.More importantly, I tried to promote this book, and found that if not for the cover the book would have sold more the idea that it tries to sell. Even though principally I like the conservative marketing techniques that does not care about sugar coating stuffs to sell more and instead rely on intrinsic value of products, but I guess toning down the packaging for a noble cause is a good idea that cannot be equated with deliberate sugar coating. Author should perhaps perform the tube-test as suggested by his daughters and be not completely tone deaf to political correctness, however bad excesses of political correctness may be. That is precisely the point, that excesses of anything is equally or sometimes more bad than lack of something, which we Oriental cultures figured many millennia ago.

Ugly little book
I’m extremely conscious of reinforcing biases which I may hold, so I was keen to read a challenging and insightful book, even if I might struggle with some of the positions put forward.Sadly, this is not that book. Its own biases are laid bare and typified just by that hateful picture on the cover. The fact that I think that men are only my equals seems to be anathema to this author and I was desperately disappointed that it fell into archetypes and then stereotypes.

Basiswissen
Sehr umfangreich. Viele Quellen. Berücksichtigt die Themen des Feminismus und offenbart, dass es sich dabei um ein Lügengebäude handelt. Bleibt noch die Frage, warum sich etwas, das so offensichtlich falsch ist, so weit durchsetzen kann.
