HELPS TO STRENGTHEN BACK AND CORE
I WISH IT HAD INSTRUCTIONS ON THE PROPER WAY TO SIT, BECAUSE I'M JUST NOT SURE. ALSO THIS SEAT IS NOT TOO COMFORTABLE FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME, IT'S ALMOST TOO SOFT, BUTT FALLS ASLEEP. HAVE SEEN OTHERS WITH SAME MFG AND THE SEAT WAS FIRMER.
