This was bought for my disabled daughter to allow her to get around shops much easily & independently. It’s not suitable for high kerbs so will only do for outings that have dropped kerbs i.e. shopping malls.

I’ve always used a scooter so this chair was bought for holidays as it’s airline friendly, however it’s great for supermarket shopping as it turns around in small spaces. There’s a handy pouch attached to the back which is good for essentials. I also I like the flip up footrest making it easy to stand up to reach thing on a high shelf. The control is easy to use once you get use to it. Folding it is a little awkward as you need to push down on the front at the same time as pulling the folding wire at the back. It fits nicely into the boot of my smart car and taking out battery to lift it makes it lighter to lift. I really like the chair as it’s less bulky than a scooter and looks more like a deck chair.
