I honestly don’t know how beneficial these actually are to me, but I love them! I’m hooked on the taste.

I was struggling with drinking ACV by itself as it was making my teeth very sensitive. I need to take ACV to help me digest my Colostrum supplements that I am taking. I decided to try these to see if it would work like the ACV. It works! First off I have to say, I love the ingredients. I looked through all the ACV gummies and it was very hard to find one that wasn't made with sunflower oil. This was the only one and organic! I am very pleased with this product!

I don’t know that I’ll buy these again because I haven’t noticed a difference aside from being more pleasant to take than the liquid. I appreciate the clean, organic ingredients in them and the convenience of them. As other reviewers have stated — the top is almost everyone proof. I had to wait for help opening it and even they almost resorted to cutting the bottle open before they finally succeeded the normal way. I put the gummies into different packaging to avoid the issue in the future.

I have tried several different brands of apple cider gummies, and these are the best tasting ones I have tried. Frankly, I still balk at the high prices of such a cheaply manufactured product, since you can make your own for pennies, but I buy these when I am too busy (or lazy) to make them. They are just sweet enough and one can mildly taste the apple cider vinegar. I like the taste of vinegar, even in gummies, so if you expect more candy tasting gummies, these are not the ones you want. I suspect though, that the sweeter they are and the more like regular gummy bears they taste, the less effective they are. I can’t attest to their weight loss properties, yet; if they start reducing my waistline, I will revisit my review.

So my first and foremost complaint is that it’s not the regular type of gummy - it’s not chewy. It’s this soggy kind of gummy. Just soft, no bouncing back, which I’m surprised about because I was expecting chewy gummy.. But if I eat it by leaving it in my mouth for a while to wait till in melt, I guess it’s alright. Overall the flavor is okay. Not too unpleasant. Some of them have ginger taste... I haven’t seen any results yet really but I guess it’s nice to notice some placebo effect psychologically that I’m eating something sweet that’s healthy? But I probably wouldn’t buy again...

Can’t believe Amazon are selling these on here which is amazing. I think garden of life got shut down and I couldn’t find these anywhere else! It’s also hard to find low sugar ones. They do clump together but easy to pull apart. I keep mine in the fridge in summer. YUM!
