I bought these to use in a homemade skeeball machine I am building. I haven't used them yet, but they look great. Nice and smooth and round. No dents, chips, or cracks that I could see. Can't wait to get a nice polish on them.

This were great for our project

I am trying to repair a damaged statue that has a missing globe, and I bought these hoping the size would be right so I could rebuild the globe, but they were a little small. I was able to return them without problem and my 4 inch balls are due today. These are really nice wooden balls - perfectly smooth and round and made of hard, good quality wood. If I had any other need of them I would have kept them--they are that nice--and I was pleased by speed of shipping and the ease of exchanging them.I am updating this to include the 4 inch balls, that just arrived today. They are perfect - just as well made and smooth as the ones I returned. I couldn't ask for better.

Bought the 3" round hardwood balls to make my own ornaments. They have a great 'clacking' sound when banging together, bringing forth a classic or rustic feeling from quality handmade. From the same store I bought 3/4" plugs for the "caps", and will be drilling a hole from which to put cord to hand the ornament from.I needed 6, but felt that ordering 10 would have been better in terms of value than ordering two sets of three.
