I use these when I hike. I use it before I start up the mountain. I feel like it gives me a little extra energy. Even if it's just all in my head it still works for me. And I love the taste.

Product works for me. It’s way too expensive. Everyone should test both flavor and use themselves. Not every flavor works for me. GU’s Roctane does not work for me.
