Is your manifold 4 hole spread? If so then yes, if its open then no

Does this fit a ford 5.0l 302 v8?

It should fit with the correct adapter plate. It has good throttle response. Check the Edelbrock site to be sure which carb fits the Ford. It’s is a good carb.

Does this come with mounting screws?

I ordered the mounting screws separately. so, I guess the answer is no.

Does this fit the Pontiac 4.9L 301?
