Vitamins - Liquid Calcium Magnesium Citrate Natural Strawberry Flavor

I use this all the time. So much better than huge pills and the strawberry flavor is over the top. The good way to take what is needed for bond health.

I've used it for about 4 days now. I was shocked that the flavor wasn't disgusting. It's actually pretty good. What's crazy is my son was constipated, and since its magnesium citrate, I gave him a tablespoon. And he was finally able to go with no problems. It's also been making it easier for me (sorry if its TMI lol) to go , and I didnt have a problem to begin with. I originally bought this because I had an allergy and deficiency test done and had low magnesium. I had been feeling pale and fatigued. The color has come back to my face, and my energy levels have picked up slightly. I know I'm lacking other vitamins as well, so hoping my energy levels really pick up once I take those as well. I would recommend. Strawberry flavor is good, gonna try the grape or blueberry next.

Good product but Amazon shipped where they were damaged and leaked all over the box

This product has the proper 2/1 ratio of calcium to magnesium, and a good amount of D3 to help them be absorbed. The minerals are also in citrate form instead of the more abundant and cheaper (and gassy!) calcium carbonate. I appreciate that it's a liquid and easier to swallow for those of us avoiding tablets. AND to top it off it's delicious. Win win win.

One star just because it's tasty. But: 1) They changed bottle design, and I got item with another label (I looked at their website, they haven't yellow-label bottles now) 2) It contain A LOT of vitamin D! Just look at old Product Details, it was 400IU and now it is 1000! 3) Warning at label says: "This product contains a substance known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm." Look at my pictures and think twice before buying.
